18+ years experience in project management ranging from IT to Commercial Excellence to R&D combined with both PMP and PRINCE2 certifications shaped the way I manage projects, in true servant leader style.

 

Whether waterfall, agile, or hybrid, the project management methodology is tailored to both the requirements and the team, thus enabling flexibility, efficiency, accountability, and transparency, to ensure projects are delivered according to expectations.

Following the definition of the project objective and the identification of all the stakeholders, the project team is empowered through a project risk assessment exercise designed to speed up the definition of requirements, while initiating an optimal cross-functional collaboration.

Business processes are necessary to structure and ensure consistent ways of working, but they should not have to be complicated or cumbersome if we expect every user to follow them.

WIIFM - "What's in it for me?" - is the starting point for every project governance, commercial excellence business processes, user instructions, or best practices. By working backwards with the end user in mind, I make sure processes remain lean and clear for each and everyone at every level, thus guaranteeing solid yet adaptable ways of working that blend into daily routine.​
